Northwest Lineman College
Business Overview
Northwest Lineman College is a private, vocational school where students come to learn and train to be lineworkers in the electric power industry. They offer a 15-week pre-apprenticeship program, with multiple terms throughout the year and four campus locations across the U.S.
Audience
Young, 18-27-year-olds looking for a career as a lineman in the power industry. Some have previous military experience, and the school markets to those who like to work outside and use their hands—those who want to positively impact their community and join in the camaraderie of the trade.
Business Goals
Remain the premier line school for those seeking training and education before entering into an apprenticeship and joining the trade.
Attract new interested prospective students and encourage them to discover who we are and what we offer, then connect with the company and eventually apply and enroll as a student.
Work with various electric utility companies nationwide to strengthen its B2B offerings of apprenticeship training programs; some are instructor-led, while others are self-paced and completed online.
